For packaging, each pillow is vacuum-sealed at the factory to maintain its freshness. Once received, it is important to allow the pillow to fluff-up naturally, and we recommend re-fluffing it daily for optimal comfort.

We offer convenient shipping options via FedEx Home Ground, with most* orders eligible for free shipping.

All orders are shipped on Thursday-Friday each week, and you can expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. Rest assured, tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email for easy monitoring of your shipment's progress.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your order, we kindly request that you allow us 1-2 weeks to process any claims. For any concerns, please contact, including your order number in the subject line, along with relevant pictures of any defects if applicable. Refunds will be issued once proof of defects has been provided.

Please note that we can only accept returns for unopened products, as we cannot accept items that have been taken out of the vacuum-sealed bag. However, in the case of duplicate orders, refunds can be arranged, and products with defects will be replaced free of charge upon submission of pictures showcasing the issues.
