Return and Refund Policy for Bedding Products
At That Pillow, we strive to provide you with high-quality bedding products. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to assist you in the return and refund process. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Defective Products
If you receive a defective bedding product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return due to defects, you are required to provide clear pictures or videos showing the damage or defect. We will evaluate the issue and, if found eligible, arrange for a return or exchange.
2. Opened Products
We do not accept returns for opened bedding products due to their nature. Opened products cannot be resold or inspected without potential contamination or staining at a warehouse environment. Therefore, we can only accept returns for bedding products that remain unopened and unused.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or design, the fastest way to ensure a smooth exchange is to return the item you have following our return process and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, and you have not received the refund, please contact us at info@thatpillow.com.
5. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the bedding product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused.
- It must be in its original packaging. UNOPENED (Sealed Bagging)
- It should include all tags and accompanying materials.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items not meeting the conditions above will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
7. Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale or discounted items.
