I had a neck issue for 6 weeks. We went away to a hotel and the morning after the first night sleep, it was gone. We check the pillow for a label, and found it We ordered 4. After we returned home we had a night without these pillows and I had another neck issue on the other side. The pillows arrived and the next morning, that neck pain was gone too! Coincidence? I dont know, but no neck pain since!!
Queen pillows were great! The stuffing was perfect. I also ordered the king because that is ultimately the size I need for my master bed to look right and they are flimsy and disappointing.
The pillow from the glamour collection is the best pillow I have ever purchased. It's like sleeping on a cloud.

This pillow is amazing, I love that when I flip it the bottom is almost always cold, I love how soft and yet supportive the pillow is. It makes me actually want to stay in bed longer to enjoy the pillow!
These pillows are amazing. My husband and I have loved the pillows they use on the Disney ships. We sleep so much now that we have them at home.
It's a great pillow and has held its shape relatively well. However, I do have to turn it once a night and fluff it back up. I've had it about 10 months.
Love them! They are the best pillows ever. I slept on them at a hotel in Florida and when I went back the following year, I made sure I checked the label on the pillows at the hotel. I promptly ordered two when I got home. They offer support and hold up really well after a year of use.
It was okay for the first couple of weeks. After that, it was just another investment. As we age, it seems that selecting the right pillow for a better night sleep becomes harder and harder. I do believe that this pillow will be perfect for someone else. Please don't take my review to heart because what doesn't work for me might work for someone else.
We first were introduced to these pillows at the Noelle hotel in Nashville, TN. We both loved them and bought two as soon as we returned home. Recently, we purchased two more and recommended them to a friend who purchased pillows, too. We are believers! These pillow provide support and cushioning, but enough "give" that you sink in for a comfortable night's sleep. Perfect.
I travel for a living & love this pillow at a hotel I stay at 1-2 times per month. It was steep for me to pay $120 for one pillow. It's definitely not the same as the hotel pillow. Am disappointed & would not have spent $120 if I'd known I would get an average pillow. The hotel pillow is plumper & I sink into it. Not the same comfort level. Would not buy again.
Customer service terrible, ignored my repeated attempts to initiate a return. Returns not allowed except with their return authorization. I emailed several times. No phone number on website to use to call. Don’t buy these!

Went on Disney Cruise and fell in love with the pillow. Researching it looks like these are made by same manufacturer. We love them.
I am definitely a pillow snob as I have tried lots and lots of pillows. I slept on one of these pillows at a hotel and I loved it! It's soft, yet firm. I just wish they weren't so expensive, which is the only negative.
During our vacation in Montana, we were so impressed with the pillows at our accommodation that we had to look them up! From the first night, we noticed how incredibly soft and luxurious the pillowcase felt against our skin. I wish I would have ordered the firmer version. The one we received is way too then when it squishes down. Neither my wife nor I can use it and I have received a reply about exchanging it.
